How the process works

• If your camera is in good to excellent condition, Get in touch and we will arrange a pick up for your device.
• We don’t need cameras that needs repairs, If your camera needs repairs sorry we are not the right platform, Please contact Matterfix for same.
• We will pick up your camera on approval basis subject to sale, also we assume zero liability for the device as its a electronic device and can malfunction in our custody during demo, as repairing these old device is almost impossible to manage kindly indemnify us from all such accidents.
• Once we receive your camera, we’ll give a tentative price as per its condition, usually the next day. We consistently provide demos to customers looking for Matterport Devices. We work as an aggregator between buyer and seller, we’ll be in touch with you and buyers to see if we can reach agreement on a mutually acceptable price. If we cannot agree on a price, we will ship your camera back to you at our expense after 90 days.

Key Points To Be Considered While Buying Pro Devices.

• As the Matterport pro2 were last manufactured in 2022 by Matterport, It has been noticed last year that in pro2 devices you will notice some irregularities and error.
• We see same error in the unused devices and overused devices that can be assumed the new normal these days.
• Even if you import a brand new piece no way you are going to get a 2025 manufactured device (Kindly check with provider for latest update)
• Ensure 100 per battery charging.
• Check on the bottom gear for wear and tear.
• We have seen because of ageing devices are showing some jerks in rotation. Although giving no error in the output.
• Fan sounds on Pro2 while tilting the camera while shooting. Its not advisable to tilt pro2 while scanning, Tripod Dolly is recommended.
• Avoid use in high humid and high temperature area.
